Erland Construction to Manage Construction of Benchmark Senior Living Memory Care Community in Newton Centre (December 12, 2017) Erland will oversee construction of Benchmark’s 34,683-square-foot memory care community as well as major renovation work to an existing 19,914-square-foot, two-story building. Benchmark ‘commits’ 1,205th act of kindness with donation to Waltham Council on Aging (August 23, 2017) In June, Chairman and CEO Tom Grape challenged his Benchmark Senior Living employees to commit 1,000 “Radiant Acts of Kindness” in the neighborhoods and towns where the company’s 54 senior living communities are located. For every radiant act he would donate $1 to the Waltham Council on Aging.
