Casi Rich has over 15 years of experience managing human services organizations and assisted living communities. She previously served as chief program officer for Hearth, Inc. in Boston where she oversaw seven senior living communities.

What Brought You to Benchmark:

I lost my father to Alzheimer’s disease so I’m incredibly passionate about helping to provide the best care and experiences for those with dementia.

Fun Fact:

My family and I are huge Boston sports fans! We are Patriots and Bruins season ticket holders and attend as many Red Sox and Celtics games as possible.
