The Confidence
to make new
connections

FIND YOUR CONFIDENCE

The past year has taught us the importance of connection.

Connection to friends and family and the things we have missed doing together. Whether it’s the everyday events or bigger milestones, we have the confidence to be together again.

Read more below about how we are connecting in our communities.

The Confidence to dine with friends.

With three chef-prepared meals per day served in our dining room or outdoors, plus bistros and pubs for social hour or a snack, residents enjoy delicious meals and tantalizing specials where they can connect with friends and family.

The Confidence to be pampered.

Everyone needs a little indulgence from time to time. You deserve it! At our communities, we make “me time” more accessible. We’ve set the standard with fitness centers, guided chair yoga, tai chi, pet therapy programs, full-service hair salons (many with nail services) and outdoor walking paths. At a Benchmark community, it’s all about you!

The Confidence to have a social hour.
Whether it’s a special occasion set in a private dining room, or a relaxed get-together on the patio. Our residents enjoy gathering with their friends and neighbors for daily social hours, wine tastings, trips to local restaurants, retail stores, and attractions with scheduled transportation.

The Confidence to make new connections.

We know that our residents need daily opportunities and spaces to pursue interests and passions privately or in a group setting. That is why we offer a full calendar of programming and recreation rooms for games, crafts, painting, quilting, and other arts programs. Resident galleries allow residents to showcase their art, and our movie theaters, libraries, and game rooms allow them to unwind and connect together.

The Confidence to feel safe and secure.
Our residents can feel confident knowing that significant effort has been taken to safeguard their health and security. Over the past year, our team of experts and associates has developed best practices and protocols to protect current and future residents. Because of these efforts, residents can feel comfortable re-engaging in the activities they enjoy most - now, and for years to come.

BENCHMARK'S RESPONSE TO COVID-19
Benchmark's response was swift, impactful and well received. Our residents' and associates' health and safety is always our top priority.
We were one of the first senior living providers to begin limiting, restricting and screening visitors and associates in our communities. With policies guided by leading experts, we are maintaining strict infection control procedures, are closely screening and testing associates and residents when needed. We have mandated the COVID-19 vaccine for all of our associates company-wide. We are thrilled to have 96% of our residents vaccinated. All while delivering frequent, transparent communication, which has continued to earn us high praise from our residents and their families.
