Benchmark Senior Living Promotes Three Executives at The Commons Community

New Leadership Takes Charge at Leading Massachusetts Retirement Community

Benchmark Senior Living (www.BenchmarkSeniorLiving.com), a leading provider of senior living services in the Northeast, today announced that three executives at The Commons in Lincoln continuing care retirement community in Lincoln, Mass., have been promoted for their leadership excellence.

Chris Golen has been promoted from Campus Executive Director to Regional Director of Operations for all of Benchmark’s Continuing Care Retirement Communities (CCRCs). In addition, Reynaldo LeBlanc has been promoted from Associate Campus Executive Director to Campus Executive Director, and Holly Dineen has moved from Director of Sales and Marketing to Associate Campus Executive Director, both for The Commons in Lincoln.

Golen joined Benchmark over 12 years ago, quickly becoming known for his operational excellence. In 2013, he became Campus Executive Director for The Commons where he oversaw the addition of assisted living, memory care and skilled nursing services. Golen is a three-time Benchmark award winner. Last month, he was given the Darrell Harvey Values Award for his leadership in exemplifying the company’s values. He lives in Pelham, N.H., with his wife and two children.

LeBlanc has held a variety of positions at The Commons over the last five years, including successfully leading the opening of assisted living and memory care at the community. Since joining Benchmark, he earned a master’s degree in management from Lasell College and in 2017 completed the Benchmark Emerging Leaders Program. He lives in Natick, Mass.

Dineen started her senior living career with Benchmark over 12 years ago as Senior Director of Community Relations for the company’s three Newton, Mass., communities. Last year, she became Director of Sales and Marketing for The Commons. Dineen is a Certified Dementia Practitioner who obtained a bachelor’s degree in business management from Emmanuel College. She lives in Burlington, Mass., with her son and daughter.
