Benchmark, a leading provider of senior living services in the Northeast, today announced that 12 of its communities in Massachusetts have received 22 awards through Wicked Local’s annual Readers Choice program.

For over 20 years, the Readers Choice Awards have given Massachusetts readers the opportunity to vote for their favorite local businesses and services in a wide variety of categories. Awards are given in both regional and town categories.

These Benchmark communities all received first place recognition for assisted living and/or number one retirement living residence in the towns they serve:

• Benchmark Senior Living at Robbins Brook in Acton
• Benchmark Senior Living at Billerica Crossings in Billerica
• Benchmark Senior Living at Chelmsford Crossings in Chelmsford
• Benchmark Senior Living at Forge Hill in Franklin
• Chestnut Park at Cleveland Circle in Brighton
• The Branches of North Attleboro in North Attleborough
• The Commons in Lincoln in Lincoln
• The Village at Willow Crossings in Mansfield
• New Pond Village in Walpole

Additionally, Billerica Crossings and Chelmsford Crossings both received regional awards for assisted living, and New Pond Village received a regional award for retirement living residence.

“Being named ‘the best’ by our neighbors in the communities we serve is one of the highest honors we can receive,” says Tom Grape, chairman and CEO of Benchmark. “Wicked Local readers are our residents, their family members, friends, associates, partners and loved ones who experience first-hand our mission to elevate human connection and connect every person to what and who matters most to them. We are grateful to everyone who voted for our Benchmark communities.”
