Melissa Moody Appointed as Resident Care Director with Bedford Falls
With a desire to give back to and learn from those who have come before her, Melissa Moody, RN, has cared for seniors her entire career. Today, Benchmark, a human connection company and leading provider of senior living services in the Northeast, announced that Moody has returned to the company as resident care director of Bedford Falls assisted living community in Bedford, N.H.
Moody previously served as a resident care director for LCB Senior Living. While at Benchmark, she was a regional nurse specialist for seven years overseeing the care at several Benchmark communities. A registered nurse, she earned her bachelor’s in nursing from Rivier University. She lives in Manchester, N.H., and is married with a 2-year old daughter.
“Benchmark puts its residents and family’s needs above all else and I missed the heart-centered care and the attention to associates,” says Moody. “It’s rare to find a company that empowers its associates like Benchmark does. I’m excited to return to the company and be able to provide care like how it was intended and facilitate the highest quality-of-life for my residents.”
Says Rob Memmolo, executive director of Bedford Falls, “Melissa’s attention to detail and immense dedication to our residents is a real asset and we couldn’t be more excited to have her back on our team.”
