Executive Director Stephen Nichols, CDP, CALA, has over 23 years' experience in the senior living industry working in many different roles always with the goal of creating and sustaining positive and supportive environments for both residents and associates.

 
What Brought You to Benchmark:

Benchmark’s commitment to both its residents and associates is truly unparalleled. The organization’s dedication to providing exceptional care while supporting connections and empowering its team members is inspiring. At this stage of my career – who I was working with became much more important than what I was doing and it was clear that Benchmark was the “who” I was looking for. I’m proud and excited to be part of the Benchmark team.

 
Fun Fact:

When I was younger, I played professional hockey. Also, I have three kids that are all born on the same day of the year.
