OUR CERTIFIED EXPERTISE IN MIND & MEMORY CARE
Our Mind & Memory Care Directors are Certified Dementia Practitioners, a certification through the National Council of Certified Dementia Practitioners.
Memory care team members receive specialized dementia care training upon hire and participate in ongoing education to remain current with best practices. Our comprehensive Compass Training program provides associates with tools to support residents through social engagement, cognitive stimulation, physical activity, and other proven approaches that promote quality of life. Associates at memory care exclusive communities also have access to additional certification trainings depending on their level.
