Welcome Center Opening Soon, Community Opening Early 2027
Benchmark at Cedar Grove, a new senior living community offering Independent Living, Assisted Living, and Mind & Memory Care, will be located on the former site of the Cedar Grove Garden Center. The community will offer a variety of rental options, including independent living, personalized assisted living, and memory care for individuals living with Alzheimer’s disease and other forms of dementia.
Situated on more than seven acres, the 145,000-square-foot, four-story community will feature 138 apartments in a range of sizes and floor plans. Amenities tailored to each care level will include multiple dining venues, a pub/bistro, arts and activities spaces, a sports lounge, two hair salons, a wellness center, and numerous outdoor courtyards designed for both active and passive recreation.
