Therese Hetzel has 25+ years of experience helping seniors make positive changes using her Master’s degree in social work. For nearly a decade, she was part of the leadership team that ran a large continuing care retirement community in Needham and has also worked for Emerson Hospital and Catholic Charities of Boston.

What Brought You to Benchmark:

I wanted to get back to really connecting with and helping residents and their families on a more personal level, and Benchmark afforded me the opportunity to do that.

Fun Fact:

I've completed two sprint triathlons.
