Meet Your Executive Director:

Heather Rook has a passion for senior care. Before joining Benchmark, she served as executive director for an active adult retirement community in North Carolina. She has a bachelor’s in public relations and marketing communications from Simmons College.

What Brought You to Benchmark:

I’m very excited to be back in Massachusetts after going to college here and to have the opportunity to represent Benchmark’s impressive mission of keeping seniors connected to what matters most!

Fun Fact:

My earlier career was in sales, marketing and public relations and, although I loved it, I didn’t know it was possible to feel so connected to something until I joined senior living. I can’t imagine doing anything else.
