Reshma Nair has over 15 years of senior living leadership experience. With a specialty in memory care, she has led entire communities as well as overseen resident care and programming for several Massachusetts assisted living communities.

What Brought You to Benchmark:

I served as a Mind & Memory Care Director for Benchmark almost a decade ago and was excited to return to the company. Adelaide is truly exceptional and I’m excited to help provide the best care and experiences for its residents.

Fun Fact:

In my free time, I love spending time with my family going on hikes or traveling to new destinations. I’m also part of an Indian music group and love performing or attending jam sessions.
