Meet Your Regional Director of Operations:


Megan Toothaker, RN, has nearly a decade of nursing experience working for assisted living communities, long-term care facilities and hospitals. She lives in Cape Elizabeth, ME with her three daughters.

What Brought You to Benchmark:


My grandparents had dementia so I’m particularly passionate about it, and was excited when Benchmark gave me the opportunity to lead my own community.

Fun Fact:


For years, my father worked as a lobsterman in the waters surrounding Cape Elizabeth, and I spent many summers aboard his boat, the Miss Megan.
