Meet Your Executive Director:

Rachel Fahlin, LPN, has over 15 years of nursing experience working with older adults and their families at Western Massachusetts senior living communities and medical centers. She previously served as resident care director for a Benchmark sister community.

What Brought You to Benchmark:

While a nursing supervisor in geriatrics for a large local medical group, I saw the opportunity to be able to make a greater impact in senior’s lives, and Benchmark has given me the opportunity to do that!

Fun Fact:

In my free time, I love spending time with my son and family!
