Senior man and woman

Meet Your Executive Director:

Annette Cochefski, RN, has spent the majority of her 30+ year career in healthcare overseeing the care of older adults at home and in senior living communities, including over a decade in regional leadership positions. She has proudly served on the Board of the Connecticut Assisted Living Association (CALA) and as co-chairman of the supervisor of assisted living committee.
What Brought You to Benchmark:

I began my assisted living career at South Farms as the Resident Care Director. Being able to return in 2021 as the executive director and to Benchmark’s high standards is like coming home again!

Fun Fact:

I grew up in a military family and was fortunate enough to travel and live in many different states and countries. In my free time, I enjoy photographing my two rescue dogs and anything in nature.
