Meet Your Executive Director:

Xrista Christopoulos, CNA, CDP, has nearly a decade of experience working with individuals and families in Massachusetts and Connecticut who are impacted by dementia. Since graduating from Holy Cross/Boston College where she majored in human development and psychology, she’s devoted her career to working with those with Alzheimer’s, Parkinson’s and related disorders.
What Brought You to Benchmark:

Family is the most important thing to me, and Benchmark has really shown itself to be a company that really cares for its residents and associates as if they were their own family.
Fun Fact:

I’m passionate about how the mind and body connection impacts those with memory impairment. In addition to being Parkinson’s Fitness certified, I’m also a registered yoga teacher.
