Meet Your Executive Director:


Linda Silveira, CDP, CDAL, ALA, NHA, has a passion for seniors that started in elementary school. In her 25 years as an executive director, she's served as a trainer for new administrators, chaired the Rhode Island Assisted Living Association and won multiple awards.
What Brought You to Benchmark:

I've been with Benchmark for over a decade because our values align. Our residents come first, we do the right thing and we are as transparent as possible in all aspects of our business.
Fun Fact:

I'm a creative person both at work and at home. I enjoy creating fun ways to show our associates how much we appreciate them and cooking up original dishes that carry on family traditions.
